This interpersonal process group is for black women to have a safe space to connect authentically and have their voices be heard. Participants will experience how to sustain relationships while navigating healthy conflict, assertiveness, and distress tolerance through an interpersonal dynamic approach.

Tuesdays 6:00pm to 7:15pm

This group costs $85 with a 3-month commitment due in person and will be billed to your credit card on file.
