Real Stories of Transformation

Group therapy is one of the best things I have done for myself in my therapy journey. While individual therapy is important, group has given me the ability to apply what I've learned and to receive feedback from people I know I can trust. I have only felt acceptance and love from the other members. The more I share what's happening in my life, the closer I feel to the other members, and I look forward to hearing their perspectives every week.

Our Therapy Services Include

Two options available; in person and virtual, focusing on providing support and understanding for those battling eating disorders.

I have been in group therapy for about 9 months. I was hesitant to join as I wasn't sure how my issues would be received by a group of my peers. I have found the opposite to be the case. I feel accepted and understood by everyone. I feel no judgement, no condemnation, only empathy. In group I realize how similar we all are in our search for love and acceptance. Even more importantly, for the first time in my adult life, I am surrounded by companions who want to know me and help me understand myself.
