Meet Taylor Padawer

Taylor works with couples, families, adolescents, and individuals dealing with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and problematic drinking.

She utilizes a tailored approach to therapy, incorporating elements of different approaches through a lens of relational aspects and psychodynamics. While working with these different issues, families and couples are invited to join sessions as they contribute to the healing process and interpersonal facets. She's passionate about working with clients, their families, and significant others to create positive change through a warm and genuine therapeutic connection. Taylor is welcoming of the LGBTQ+ community and people of different cultural, racial, and religious backgrounds. Her main populations of specialty include Millennials and Gen Z.

She received her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Georgia and focused on the relationship between work-life balance and family psychological experiences. Taylor went on to earn her Master's of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Alabama. There she held two internships and was chosen by supervisors and faculty to have a coveted assistantship as the Clinic Manager on the university's campus. Taylor has enjoyed her recent experiences of gaining more extensive clinical knowledge in group therapy since working at the Berman Center and the Renfrew Center of Georgia for Eating Disorders.
