What Should I Expect During Family Therapy?

Prior to your first session we’ll have you complete our informational packet. Your first session will focus on each member’s goals and needs. Everyone will be heard throughout the process. We discuss the different dynamics and family patterns to asses when or if we need to break out into different family pairs or dynamics. Anything said in these breakout sessions are privy to the entire group, because we believe that a strong relationship must be built on trust and honesty. The one exception is information shared between the parents, which is confidential.

Each session is an hour long, and a credit card will be put on file prior to your first session through our electronic medical record system.

How Old Do My Children Need to Be?

We work with children age 10 and older.
