Meet Molly Stern (She/Her)

Molly is a pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults, adolescents, couples and families who are seeking deeper self-understanding, stronger relationships, and meaningful change. She believes therapy is most effective when it feels human, collaborative, and grounded in trust. Molly approaches her work with the belief that clients are the experts of their own lives, and she strives to create a space that feels safe, authentic, and supportive of curiosity, reflection, and growth.

Her therapeutic style is calm, strengths-based, and relational. Molly integrates multiple therapeutic modalities and tailors each session to the unique needs, goals, and lived experiences of her clients. Molly works with clients both virtually and in person and commonly supports individuals and families navigating anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship and family challenges, eating disorders, and body image difficulties. She is trained in Gottman Method Level One and Prepare/Enrich, and enjoys supporting couples and relational systems through periods of transition, repair, and growth. Molly values meeting clients where they are and offering a non-judgmental, conversational, and compassionate space for meaningful exploration.

Molly received her bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Indiana University and her masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University. Molly is passionate about group work and currently serves as Director of Membership for the Atlanta Group Psychotherapy Society (AGPS) and is a member of the American Group Psychotherapy Association (AGPA). Molly is also an active member of the Georgia Association for Marriage and Family Therapists.
