Thriving couples do not thrive by facing marriage and navigating life alone. That is why I enjoy supporting engaged couples as they prepare for a healthy marriage by offering a 10-week pre-marital counseling program.   I utilize the prepare and enrich assessment along with Gottman couple's curriculum to work through strengths, weaknesses, and challenges. The 10 weeks we will cover: Relationship Background, Marital Expectations & Spouse Role, Communication & Conflict, Money Matters and Career, Sex & Intimac, Family/In-Laws, Parenting & Family Planning, Individual Identity Inside the Marital Relationship, SWOT Analysis Session, Marriage Goals
