MA, APC, NCC
Jessica is an Associate Licensed and National Certified Professional Counselor who has a passion to help women evolve from insecurities and shame to confidence and resilience. Jessica received her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. Jessica enjoys working with women dealing with depression, anxiety, imposter syndrome, stress, shame, eating disorders/disordered eating, body image issues, and life transition challenges. Jessica enjoys the integrative therapy approach to meet clients where they are to connect with their identity, body, and others in healthy ways. That is why her clients describe their sessions as authentic, compassionate, and insightful.

Thriving couples do not thrive by facing marriage and navigating life alone. That is why I enjoy supporting engaged couples as they prepare for a healthy marriage by offering a 10-week pre-marital counseling program. I utilize the prepare and enrich assessment along with Gottman couple's curriculum to work through strengths, weaknesses, and challenges. The 10 weeks we will cover: Relationship Background, Marital Expectations & Spouse Role, Communication & Conflict, Money Matters and Career, Sex & Intimac, Family/In-Laws, Paren
