Meet Molly Fine (She/Her)
Molly Fine, MFT, works with adult and adolescent clients, their families and significant others who are motivated to learn about themselves, improve their relationships and transform their lives.
Molly is a Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adult and adolescent clients, their families and significant others who are motivated to learn about themselves, improve their relationships and transform their lives. Molly is passionate about meeting clients where they are at and helping them to foster positive change, believing that clients are the experts of their own lives. She is here to listen and guide clients in a non-judgmental, conversational and affirming way.
Beginning therapy can be overwhelming and Molly aims to make the process feel authentic and comfortable. She uses a strengths-based, positive approach and leans on Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and other modalities to support clients in deeper exploration. She also incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness to help create more concrete, immediate changes when necessary. Molly is fat-positive and uses a weight neutral approach, is welcoming to all gender and sexual identities, races, religions, and cultural backgrounds and is an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community.
Molly is originally from Louisville, Kentucky, received her bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Indiana University and her masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University. Molly spends her summers volunteering as a clinician for Experience Camps, a free, one-week camp for grieving children where she gets to combine two of her biggest passions, camp and grief. Molly works with clients going through a wide range of difficulties including addiction, grief/loss, eating disorders, negative body image, relationship problems and life transitions. Molly has completed level 1 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and is currently continuing her education in Gottman Method.
