Meet Lindsey Kirshner (She/Her)
Lindsey is a Master’s level intern and pre-licensed professional with a deep commitment to supporting individuals on their path to healing and self-discovery. She is currently pursuing her graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, following a rich and rewarding 20+ year career in hospitality marketing and brand management. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University and resides in Atlanta, GA.
Drawing on both her background in relationship-driven experience from corporate America and her own personal journey in recovery, Lindsey brings a grounded and collaborative presence to the counseling space. She is particularly passionate about working with adults and individuals who have experienced trauma, offering a safe, empathetic environment to explore both past and present with candid curiosity and compassion. Lindsey’s clinical approach is rooted in psychodynamic and person-centered theories, and she is especially interested in integrating somatic, "bottom-up" healing modalities that support the body’s role in processing and healing trauma. She believes deeply in the power of the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for lasting change and personal growth, both in session and in the "wild."
Outside of the office, Lindsey enjoys traveling, reading, staying active with softball, tennis, and yoga, and spending time with her beloved husky mix rescue —activities that help her stay grounded, inspired, and connected to the world around her.
